How do I exchange an item? Being a small boutique with inventory constantly changing, we offer store credit only for items returned within 14 days of purchase. Any reduced-price items or merchandise marked "SALE" "Final Sale" cannot be returned. Of course, we build in some extra days for transit time (we’re not monsters).

Customers are responsible for all return postage receiving a return authorization and shipping via their preferred method.

Please head to contact/returns to process your return, please list your order number and reason for the exchange.

All return policies are listed under Terms and Conditions page. Please pay close attention to measurements given with items listing to determine your correct sizing. If your item does not fit please email brittny@terraprints.net to resolve the issue, from there we can determine how to exchange or refund your order.

What measurements should you know before ordering? The best way to get the best fitting pants is to know your rise, waist, hip, thigh and inseam/length. For shirts know the preferred measurements for ‘pit-to-pit, sleeve length and overall length.

How do I use a promo code? Add your selections to your shopping cart and continue to checkout. Under the order summary there will be a box that says “DISCOUNT CODE” Just click into the box and type in the code and hit “Apply.” 
Your promotion code will be automatically applied to your order and will be reflected under your order total.

The item I want is sold out - are you going to restock it? Each and every item created by Terra Prints is completely unique and one-of-a-kind. In the event that you missed out on something you absolutely have to have, simply head over to the CONTACT form and shoot us a message. We are happy to do custom orders. If a custom order is not your jam, keep checking back because new items are added every week.

How much is delivery? Delivery costs are calculated upon check-out and are determined by weight and the distance it will be shipped.
